Courgette Chutney is a wonderfully tangy relish with Tumeric and Ginger bites. I have used white vinegar rather than Malt, so that this can be enjoyed by those who are Gluten Intolerant. It works very well with pate, cheese, salads, spaghetti bolognaise, all sorts of things that need a little extra tang to them.
